The view is fantastic!
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good.
We liked that it was a little away from La Fortuna and it is well placed for the zip lines!

Pros: Location / Breakfast / Staff & Room Service
Cons: Noise from next door neighbors - dogs barking and howling / Bed was too firm / TV was outdated - could not use streaming apps (also TV was in the way of curtains) / WiFi temporary outage / Toilet and plumbing issues / Sugar ants in kitchen and on bed / Dinner prices were rather expensive
