Staff were welcoming and friendly, and location ideal for our 28 hour break between long flights, free shuttle buses to and from the airport.

Useful shuttle bus service, not only to and from the airport (hourly) but also to the nearest metro station (every half hour). There's a bus stop opposite the hotel with quick and convenient services to the city centre (double decker buses): pay with Apple pay from your phone or cash, but our Wise cards didn't work. We had a harbour view room looking across the bay to the airport - nice to watch the plans and boats - and no noise from the airport. Good choice of food for breakfast. Air crew use the hotel extensively.
The room was quite small, so not easy to find space to open my case. On the first night the air conditioner fan was making a noise. We reported it the next day and someone came to fix it. The washroom sink plug let water out when you were trying to fill it - but would only let water away very slowly when you were trying to empty it! One of the electric sockets didn't work (couldn't push a plug into it).
