booking üzerindeki fiyat ile kendi fiyatları farklı,booking fiyatlarından tahsilat yapmıyorlar,2 oda rezervasyonu için bizden fazladan ısrarla 1500 hk doları aldılar.Restaurant bölümündeki personeller resmen ellerinde pos cihazı ile müşteri kovalıyorlar,müşteriler yemek yiyip kaçacak muamelesi yapıyorlar,yaklaşımları son derece çirkin,neredeyse müşterilerini hırsız gözü ile yargılıyorlar.Akşam yemekleri tabldot menü,bazıları var bazıları yok olanlarında lezzetleri fiyatlarına göre yerlerdi. Kesinlikle gideceklere tavsiye etmiyorum.

Fantastic lux rooms for the price. Avoid eating at the hotel (overpriced)

Newly built with a high end luxurious specification, very close to the airport

As there is nothing much around the hotel the hotel restaurant has you as a captive audience and it’s a rip off, very expensive and a really poor standard (paid £15 for a ramen that was below average). Bring food with you or go back and eat at the airport would be my advise

Moderno, muy bien mantenido, muy bien decorado, higiene, servicio de traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto y viceversa. Habitación pequeña, pero con todos los servicios

Las máquinas expendedoras no aceptan tarjetas de crédito y al llegar de noche, te encuentras con el restaurant y el room service cerrado y sin posibilidad de usar los vending.

Chambre vraiment petite lorsqu’on a des valises ce qui est souvent le cas proche d’un aéroport

L’emplacement et son accessibilité proche de l’aéroport

C’est un hôtel proche de l’aéroport donc il n vient avec des valises ! Les chambres font tellement petites qu’on ne peut pas les poser et on doit les mettre sur le lit pour les ouvrir ce n’est pas très hygiénique… 2 restaurants fermés

便利は便利

空港から電車で一駅、新しくきれいな部屋。日本のビジネスホテル並と思えば、広さも許容範囲。

周りよりは安いけど、それでもやや高く感じる料金。電車が動いていない5時台の空港送迎があると有難かった。

挺好的

工作人员很热情很礼貌，服务态度很好，附近有博览馆的机场快线，酒店门口旁边就有吸烟垃圾桶，还有去机场的免费巴士，酒店内部还有一个看起来比较好的自助餐厅，还有个可以休闲的屋顶，不错

这个地点如果从机场来的话，搭巴士下车后要走一段路，而且谷歌地图显示的路径似乎不太对，如果行李比较多可能要的士

Very clean and beautiful hotel with Nice staff.

felt Very comfortable - the bed was Nice to sleep in and good size. Coffee, tea and water provided. Nice bathroom and Very clean. The lobby was beautiful and with sweet staff members. Very happy about the skygym even though it was small. Did not try the foods but there is a canteen and a restaurant upstairs that looked good. Proces looked a bit spicy for e.g. Instant noodles 25hk dollars (but you’d expect that ofc). Free shuttlebus was Very Nice and easy to use. Overall, Very Nice place.

Didnt feel like I could walk outside anywhere of the hotel but I just needed it for an overnight stay before flying back Home so it was not a Big issue.

Best value option at the airport

Great value for Hong Kong, especially near the airport. Room had everything we needed - huge bed and excellent shower. Efficient shuttle bus to and from the airport runs about every half hour. You can't book, but it's a full-sized bus so it was easy to get a seat.

We just wanted coffee and a croissant for breakfast, but the only choice seemed to be the buffet breakfast which was more than we needed. We got something at the airport so it didn't matter, but I think a coffee stall in the foyer with a few smaller food options would get some business.

Not worth what I paid, based on the above.

The free shuttle service is great. It would have been great if I was notified of how to find the bus on booking my room. It took me some time to find where to catch the shuttle.

My shower didn't drain. The water overflowed into the toilet area. The head of the shower was broken and wouldn't stay in a useful position. The smoke detector was blinking every 5 seconds ( I counted) and as it was located above the bed, it kept me awake. Perhaps relocating the detector out of sight may be better. You could also use detectors that don't blink. Typically when they blink it means the back up battery needs replacing. Around 10am, as I was resting, work began in the next room where someone was using a power drill for some time. Not restful at all.

Good for long layover at the airport

Close to the airport. I just stayed for long layover so please take my rating with a grain of salt. Bed and shower were good and that's all I needed.

Room was a little tiny for the price, but different culture different thought process so again not really a big con.

アジアエキスポセンターのコンサートに参加したのでホテル直結の通路でのアクセスが大変良かったです。部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。

Would stay again if travelling through HK airport

Nice location to the airport, clean and tidy.

Rooms are small and eating options are very expensive at the hotel and limited in choice.

Great location, with great transport connections

Great location for Disneyland! Right near the airport also. The hotel did a free shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the closest mgr station! Great breakfast, comfy rooms.

Rooms were a bit dirty. Expected for the price we paid and the standard of the rest of the hotel the rooms would be spotless. Sadly it wasn’t the case!

Ideal location if need to catch a early morning flight

The hotel is modern and is situated close to the airport which is ideal if you need to catch a early morning flight. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. We were also able to check in earlier.

Pleasant stay just for a night

It was clean and the all amenities were there which helps. Good for solo travellers. Very near the airport and have shuttle bus services from and to the airport.

There were construction going on so it was quite noisy during the morning. There is no one to help with luggage if you come late night. The light switches were ver confusing. Took me like 30 mins to close all lights to go to sleep

Affordable stay and overall good facilities

Staff were very friendly. Of course you have to take into account the price point, when you're booking cost vs room size, but the room design was very clever, with a lot of consideration to maximising every inch. Gym was good. Loved the open area rooftop. Shuttle bus to airport frequent.

Shuttle bus to Tung Chung ran only once every hour. Would be better if they had a smaller bus, but more frequency. No room service. For a 1000 room hotel, this should be a minimum.

Avoid this hotel unless you are staying a single night alone and need proximity to the airport

-spacious lobby -staff at front desk were friendly -shuttle service to and from the airport available at no extra cost -gym and Skyview were nice

-restaurants were all closed early by the time we checked in- even though we were told last call was at 9:30 p.m., I arrived to the restaurant at 9:00 p.m. to find cleaners mopping the floor.. -hotel is not close to any restaurants (ie. nothing within walking distance) -no breakfast offered despite the price of this hotel being ++ -vending machine options are extremely expensive and limited -no clear instructions regarding shuttle service pick-up from the airport resulted in an unnecessary can ride -then rooms are extremely TINY- I cannot emphasize just how ridiculous they are (you can barely move and have to side shuffle if you have a second person in the room with you, I had a baby crib in there and honestly I felt claustrophobic

Very happy to find this hotel near the airport with great value

This hotel has an amazing view of the water. The room is very clean. Cinemax and HBO on TV program is a plus.

The food from the restaurants are a bit spendy.

Convenience near the airport.

Location close to the airport to spend our last days to do activities in the area. Ideal to catch your flight at ease with the free shuttle bus. Nice hotel, great look. Compact rooms, but convenient.

The fact is the rooms are really compact, maybe just a little too compact. Looks great, hope all the used (shiny) materials will stand the test of time.

Small and clean Hotel that is near to the airport.

Is clean and new.

Location is really bad now as the new mall is not up yet. Overall need to take the AirPort Express down to Kowloon for anything related to shopping.
