Spacious apartment well located - less than 10 minutes walk to Playa del Camison (much better suited for relaxation than other, more famous beaches around).
The building is a private block of flats with own pool. This is not a hotel - and therefore it was better scaled than hotels in the neighbourhood, quieter, and there were always loungers available by the pool.
You can see that this building is not very new, but the apartment is in very good shape (with some exceptions), well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. The terrace (facing a quiet pool of this complex) is great for relaxing. There is enough parking places on the locked area, and even although they are not reserved, there were always at least few available ones; and the area is good for manouvering even with a bigger car.
Check-in was great - good responsiveness, and very convenient handing over of the keys.
All in all, if you want a non-hotel experience in the south of Tenerife, this is a very good place.
Some equipment could use refreshing - like adding a dishwasher, or changing the dish dryer - the current one is rusty, as well as some inside of the kitchen cabinets. There could be more plates and glasses.
The bathroom has been renovated, but walk-in shower wall is too short, and after each shower there is water on the bathroom floor, near the toilet. There were no fixed towel hangers.

Location is superb. Appartment is big but a little dated.
There were no curtains, but after contact with WhatsApp that got fixed in a few days. Also internet broke down, that got fixed in a few days too after WhatsApp contact.

The balcony and the pool were fantastic. Near everything whilst being relatively quiet.
The fans aren’t powerful enough and the room was far too hot.

the quietness of the complex no noise
glad it provided blankets it was not particualy warm
you may need heaters soon in the rooms as a back up we were shocked by the weather it was below average the tempratures
The weather & No heaters it was unusualy cold for tenerife the door in double bedroom does not shut properly but overall a good apartment a little overpriced we thought, las americas not quite our cup of tea poor entertainment in the bars
