Very comfortable and quiet ranch setting. Dan is a great host. Great location. Walmart delivery, in about an hour. Well rested. Will definitely stay again. Sean

The peace and quiet was exactly what I was looking for. No noise from guests like you would find from a motel stay. You can’t change yesterday park right outside your door and you don’t have to worry about a break in or dents to wake up to. The owner is like a good friend to you.

Everything about this stay was spectacular. Dan is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, and understanding. They offered valuable insight into the key spots to eat + check out during my stay short, 2 night getaway. Ask Dan to share the neat Homosassa website/cheat-sheet that he carefully prepared, filled with photos and descriptions of important local spots! The room in which I stayed at was cozy, and very well decorated. The on-site facilities (restroom + kitchen) were clean, and stocked with essential items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I felt incredibly well taken care of (Dan responded with little hesitation regarding front-gate access and a dishwasher curiosity). The home is absolutely tranquil and feels 'right', there was no horsing around. ..except for the horses. And the carrots. Yes, combine these two together (horses + carrots), and there is a wonderful time to be had. Above all, it felt like a true home; thank you, Dan. 🌱➡️🌲🌞

Location was lovely, in the countryside. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The owner's daughter was exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you.
