I booked this property right before the trip, so the question about the location is not relevant, because location is assessed depending on the ultimate destination, while I chose it because I just needed a place to stay.
It was easy to find, the neighbourhood was nice, both the bus stop and the beach were easy to reach. The closest beach is at Triq iz-Zejtun, about 8 min walk, but it is not what you would probably like. Still, It is good enough for a swim after a hot day. A nicer beach, Pretty Bay, is a bit farther.
The property has everything what one would expect to find in this price range and it matches the description. It is a kind of a vintage home, but has all the amenities.
The best part of the stay was the hosts - so kind, so welcoming, always ready to assist responding to a variety of requests. I really felt at home. Thanks again.
There was an issue with the ants, though, and I still can't get the invoice - additional trouble.

Facilities, cleaned, the owners
I couldn’t cook my own food but I was able to make sandwiches with their permission and the fact that there was ants in the room .

This is a true mom-and-pop setup where they are clearly renting out their grown-up kids' rooms. Everything is very well-loved, but it is clean and in good working order. Guests share a spacious bathroom, and there is a very small common space on the landing equipped with a refrigerator you can use. They also provide a continental breakfast every morning from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
The location is a bit far from local restaurants if you are on foot, which can be tough when it is 100 degrees outside. However, if you have a rental car or are able to handle a walk in the heat more easily, the distance is no problem at all.

The couple that runs the B&B are very sweet and honest and they make the place very special.
Peraphs they need help for cleaning the facilities.
