The location was great, had a room facing the promenade which was great, enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the activity in town. Russell was a very thoughtful host, made great breakfasts, gave suggestions about local restaurants and even was kind enough to bring me some food to take with me for an early morning departure on the day I was leaving to fly home.
Only criticism is the quality of the towels, but scratchy and lower quality.

It was just fabulous . Great location . So close to waterfront and restaurants . Russell gave some great recommendations for eating out . Would highly recommend .

The location is very good. Not far from airport (as almost everywhere in Malta :) ).
There is a public car park ~200m away so there is plenty of room to keep the car safely and at any time of the day.
The place itself is very nice and clean - with a room service if needed as in regular hotel.
Another excellent point was the breakfast - not only you can pick from three different options (always a day earlier you decide) but the service and the size is more than good. You will not leave hungry or thirsty.
Lastly, the most important fact - THE HOST - he is really devoted to his place and work, giving you the feeling of being like at home. Always friendly, willing to help and with tons of good hints, where to go, what to skip or where to eat. So you can adapt you planning to have the best experience of Malta.
That I could stay there only 3 days :)
