Beautiful, I’m squirt part of Malta, easy to get around with public transportation near by.
Breakfast was at 7/30 when you are changing time zones you would be up early so ideally breakfast would be 7,
Would be nice to have other food on the pool menu

We booked the Hotel for 1 night, since it was close to the airport. So we had a short journey to the airport the next morning. The hotel is a beautiful 300 year old palace and is decorated exquisitely retaining its original quality and ambience.
Our 1 night stay was wonderful. The room was big, well equiped and very clean and comfortable.
Our evening meal in the amazing dining room was a delight.
The checking in process on arrival was a bit painful. We gave the receptionist our passports as requested and then she gave us a tablet, to fill in our name, address, country, passport details ourselves?
The self service breakfast overall was adequate. The staff were very helpful to enable us to get a pot of tea and decent sized tea cups. They seem to cater primarily for coffee at breakfast. Teabags are available but with small coffee cups.

Breakfast and staff were excellent. The rooms were great and the near airport location is very good.
EXTREMELY disappointed that there is no reserved space for parking and one has to hunt in the lanes nearby.
Also the indoor pool opens at 10am and closes at 6 pm. The staff would not entertain my simple request to keep it open till 7pm so that people like me on work trips could use it. Said that the owners wouldn't allow it and would not even speak to the owners to check!!
