The fact that it was fully equipped. We didn’t need for anything other than to buy the food that we wanted, but there was everything else that we could ever think to need in there. The property is decorated nicely and there is a really nice mural on the wall.. he provided a beach, umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling, equipment, and lots of towels. He also provided a couple of jackets in the closet and robes on the door of the bathroom for going up Maunakea or lounging around the condo. The owner was very attentive and answered any and all questions very quickly.

Quiet well equipped nice pool nice grounds with view of ocean/sunset. Nice balcony for breakfast
Elevator was out off action but due to be fixed. Hard to park near condo
