The location was a great area to easily get in and out of town. Wasn’t noisy at all and liked that at least a pool was there for the stay.
There wasn’t any info on the elevator prior to booking nor contact info on who to contact incase of communication about the rooms. Rooms weren’t as clean, left over ice cream and some dead cockroaches upon arrival. AC doesn’t cool the rooms

Lovely lanai. Comfortable apartment. Nice linens and towels. Spacious for the 3 of us. Beautiful grounds with tons of flowers and tropical plants.
We needed a little more information about stuff like pool key location, WiFi password, check-out procedures. Sometimes places will have an information sheet that has that kind of important info. I messaged the host to ask these questions, and they responded, so that was helpful. But the info being posted in the unit would be even more helpful

The apartment was very well equipped. There was good communication. They provided fragrance free products, which I need. I really appreciated that.
There were maintenance issues- lack of hot water, roaches, and ants. When we informed them that there was no hot water, they should have sent someone to fix it. We asked for a partial refund, which was given.
