Hyper bien placé, grand et très bien équipé. Bon rapport qualité prix.
L’appartement est situé dans la rue des bars qui est bruyante jusqu’à très tard le soir. Mais les fenêtres isolent tout de même bien du bruit. C’est quand il faut aérer l’été que ça devient bruyant.
Sinon la cage d’escalier de l’immeuble et les toilettes sentent le renfermé, mais le reste de l’appartement ne sens pas du tout.

Lokatie is werkelijk fantastisch, midden in het centrum van Luxemburg met alle barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Natuurlijk geeft dat wat overlast van muziek en praten, maar ja, dat hoort erbij. Mooi ruim appartement met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.
Sommige zaken werkten vreemd, bv het licht in de woonkamer en slaapkamer gingen met dezelfde schakelaar aan en uit. Ht geheel heeft wat aandacht nodig.

En general falta de neteja. Bastant brutal principalment la cuina. Molt molt brut.
Falta manteniment. Algunes coses averiades.
L'entrada comunitaria a l'escala de l'edifici mokt mala olor.
