Beautiful facilities. Great on site restaurant and coffee shop. Nice toiletries. Helpful staff. Free coffee. Safe neighborhood.
These are minimal but important if you have mobility or vision issues. Walkway is pretty but not great for rolling bags and is uneven. No lift. Poor in room lighting. Switch is near the door, not the bed.

I loved how friendly the staff were, and how charming and picturesque the common areas were. I loved that the rooms had tile floors, since carpet always gets gross and tends to become dirty. Very clean and the restaurant downstairs is absolutely excellent.
The shower space has a small ledge to keep the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom, but the ledge was not tall enough in our bathroom, so our bathroom rug would often become soaked within a few minutes. Aside from this issue, there were no other complaints and we had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was very good. Not buffet style. So that was nice to be able to choose different everyday. The shower was amazing! The temperature and stream was great. This is a rare find in Colombia, to have a good shower.
Everything was great! I would definitely stay here again if in Medellin.
