Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked. Loved that they provided so many towels and blankets and robes! The location was great. We loved that it was pretty private and quiet. The owners communicated super promptly. Loved that they had games and books and loved the hot tub and fireplace. Appreciated that the driveways were plowed after it snowed. Everything was very thoughtful and cozy.
The only minor thing was we couldn’t figure out some of the operations on the hot tub; we think some of the jets weren’t maybe working 100%. So just a very small thing that either needed additional instructions or it’s a new issue or it was just user error. Lol! But we loved the hot tub availability and experience overall.

Such a pleasant property - we stayed for 2 nights and easily could have stayed longer. The cabin was cozy and felt like visiting the cabin of a generous and stylish family member. With 2 adults and 2 kids, there was space to spare for us. Our young kids loved the bunk beds, the dollhouse, and sitting at the kitchen island to help with meal prep. We loved the fire pit, wood stove, comfy beds, forest views, and the QUIET!
The kitchen is very well-outfitted overall, so this may be a bit "extra"-- but I would have liked to have higher quality pans for stovetop cooking (all were non-stick with scratches in the coating, which our family tries to avoid using); a cookie sheet or two for baking; and espresso cups.

Property was close to everything. So very easy to get around.
Host was very easy to get a hold of and fix issues immediately.
Can tell the property just needs some TLC and updates. A lot of furniture, blankets, rugs have been over used throughout the years. Things did not feel fresh and clean.
Also had little hiccups like the back porch having tons of debris on it however they did come over and clean it when asked. High end Coffee maker not working ... however they did replace it with a basic one. Not a huge turn off but just a little bit of disappointment when I planned on having a wonderful cup of coffee.
Also, hot tub was not working. Maintenance did come over and get it heated up to 97, however, to get it to 101° I had to boil hot water for two hours.
Not horrible things, but just can tell that the property could use a lot of TLC and cleaning. Inside and out...Even bug spray inside too kill the massive spiders.
