The proximity to the subway
The strong smell in the lobby. It should be a more subtle and easy to tolerate smell in the hotel and not strong perfumes that people with problems could be affected by.

Only one bathrobe and slippers for two people
Glad we didn’t attempt the underground parking as the ramp looked like the stuff of nightmares. There was plenty of free parking adjacent to the hotel.
It’s about 1.8 miles outside of old town. We walked it as enjoy a walk but might be a bit far for some
