The staff were really great and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk to public transport in minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The lift was a bit temperamental but patience won out with the door opening a few times before the lift moved.

I arrived late evening but was warmly greeted. Staff are friendly and super helpful. The room was modern and had a/c, good wifi and a work desk. The bed was very comfy.
If you get a room on the 6th floor there is a snooker room and bar so I'm guessing that when that's rented out it could be noisey. Just something to be mindful of.

The location was good
The toilet had a strong and unpleasant odour, and the chair provided at the desk was significantly stained, which was unsatisfactory.
