The location is probably the best you could have in the Old Town section of Bucharest. Everything is easily accessible by foot. The elevator made it easy to get to the room and everything was clean and well attended.
Most importantly, I was greeted by Raluca, an extremely personable and professional member of the hotel staff who was incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see, this despite the fact that I researched Bucharest for a month and had my own list. She suggested dishes to try, places to walk, museums to check out, desserts to savor and provided a wealth of information about Bucharest, it’s history and it culture. I travel a lot, and rarely do you find someone so helpful and interested in helping a customer have a great experience as a visitor. Clearly, she enhanced my experience in Bucharest, for which I am grateful.

Comfortable hotel, not super de luxe, but fine for exploring old town, with interesting places 10 mins walk away and good places to eat in the same street. I was on 6th floor, but accessible by lift so no problem.
Helpful reception staff and very reasonable prices.
Only problem was that hotels website directions were not up to date. Bus from airport has changed its number, and town square where you get off has also recently changed its name! But helpful bus company staff + google map helped me navigate to the hotel.
