Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, the invlude breakfast had a great choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot food.
The room was excellent with beautiful deco and furniture.

Huge beautiful rooms, great accommodating staff, very quiet, fantastic A/C, great location, nice first floor terrace as well as ground floor outdoor cafe, easy walk to Old Town and Cișmigiu Garden and the river

We loved the actually building and our room.
We loved the reception team, the breakfast crew (there was one young lady serving us she was amazing I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) the cleaners everyone was amazing

The hotel is charming and located on a main road, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The spa is really good.
I checked out early and they promised refund that never happened.
My room was much smaller than expected, with a single-size bed, but the hotel is old and this is not the U.S., so I somewhat understand it.
There is a cigarette smell everywhere in this town including inside the hotel. It is not very bad inside the hotel and I understand that they cannot do much seeing that everyone smokes all the time, but they could use air fresheners or take some other measures.
