Very friendly and hospitable staff. We were welcomed with a bottle of a good wine, and it was only one night! All the questions I had - there were the answers and support. The room was spacious with all facilities needed. Location is great - in the middle of an old city. We were upgraded - we had a nice terrace which also added our fascination by this place.
We liked everything, but you should mind the steps, no lift , and rather noisy area, people were partying till the 3 am.

Great location, comfortable bed, easy to check in, really lovely to have water and wine left for us.
The shower was situated very high, could just do with having the mount lowered so it doesn’t just spray you in the face.

It was a lovely room, very modern and spacious, the bathroom was on the small side but it was just me so not a problem. It was right in old town which was very close to restaurants and shops.
It seems to be opposite a night club and the music was going all night, I left at 7am on a Sunday morning and the music was still going. This is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper.
