We stayed at Peakture Hotel for just one night, but everything was very great. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, with a very convenient location and thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the generous amount of complimentary water, as well as the coffee and small packets of honey provided in the room. The staff were also extremely helpful. The receptionist even hurried to assist us with carrying our luggage up the stairs, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

The room had balcony as shown in picture. The location was great!
The cleanliness of the room was below our expectations. The first time we used the bathroom, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the plumbing. We reported it to the front desk and requested a room change. The staff informed us that they had cleaned the pipes and that the smell had mostly disappeared. While the odor was reduced, it still lingered for the next couple of days, and we were not offered a different room.
We also noticed spider webs on the ceiling, dusty light fixtures, and mosquitoes in the room, which suggested that housekeeping could have been more thorough.
The hotel is older and could benefit from additional maintenance and updates. Although the room had air conditioning, it used a vent system that took a long time to cool the room. Having at least a fan available would have made the room much more comfortable.
