Near by seaside, and food court that you can try the local delicacies.
There are a lot of construction going on at Beach Street & the traffic is a bit slow and pavement is closed for refurbishing.

The location is good and in middle of town. Suitable for traveller that want to stay and walkable to interest place. For me the condition is good, but only the water shower is slowing , maybe because water pressure not strong.

Location is the only good thing.
We had to change the room, bathroom was full of black mould, stuff was unfriendly not even good morning or evening. Room was small in bad contrition bathroom was the worst. We are staying in similar budget all the way on our Malaysia trip and this place was the worst. Not worth the money. I don’t recommend it.
