We had a great stay and would happily stay here again. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was excellent, and having a private bathroom made it even better. Just note that the private bathroom is located just down the hallway rather than being ensuite, but it is exclusively for the room, so it was never an issue.
The location was great, and the host was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout - very fast, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question. Check-in was incredibly easy, and we felt very safe thanks to the secure entry system with our own access codes.
The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated the well-equipped shared kitchen
We really couldn’t find any downsides. Just note that there’s no breakfast or washing machine, but that’s exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises.
Overall, a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable and clean. So was the bathroom. Staff were helpful when I couldn't find the bathroom light and came out in person to show me where it was - of course, in the living room! Also contactable through Wattsapp, in time, but when I called their "Emergency numbers", neither one was answered, although the issue with the wifi was eventually sorted out through Wattsapp. I had no problem with road noise as others have mentioned. However, I had to climb 40 steps to get to my room on the top floor.
Sketchy area with no people manning the facility and dodgy front door, meaning I felt unsafe. There are strangers walking around in front of your door and you don't know whether they got in the dodgy front door or were guests. I also didn't appreciate the Wattsapp message begging for a 10 rating on this site. Improve the security and facilities and you'll get it.
