Relaxing with all the facilities you need

It was great - perfect for 2 couples right by the pool and the beach. The host was very helpful and access was easy with the code being sent on the day of arrival. I would highly recommend it

dont stay here more than 3 days

Location of the Bungelow, Next to the private pool and a restaurant , and 100 yeards from the beach and not far into town.

we stayed for 10 nights, no cleaner, no fresh towels, no toilet paper. if wed booked ten seperate nights it would have been cleaned every day and fresh towels etc.. provided!!!!There was no air conditioning and The internet didnt work from the begining to the end, this was vital to our initial selection .The main shower leaked all over the bathroom so towels had to be used for that also. regular visits from cockroaches and the Communication with the hosts was extremely poor (and booking.com)all the time we were there, they took until the 8th night to tell us the internet wont be fixed.Its a windy island but if you leave the doors and windows open for ventilation they constantly bang on the walls which we thought could have smashed the windows along with the nuisance noise. We thought with all that we'd have had an extention for our flight but they refused and we ended up around the pool with our cases for 5 hours with no where to change(restaurant toilets),Since departing we have again had very poor communication again with both booking.com and the hosts and apart from appologies which mean nothing , we have had no reimbursment.

Lots of issues - shame would be perfect when bought up to date

Great location. We always stay in playa bastian. It’s close to bar Los Amigos - great place with very short walk to the pool ! Management company replaced the TV the night we arrived as it did not work, this was noted by the previous renters to us. When updated would be fantastic place to stay

Damp - visible in ceilings in main bedroom and en-suite. Bed mattress signs of mould we tried to air the property leaving windows wide open during the day but bed sheets and clothes felt damp! Main bathroom shower leaked all over the floor! The owners need to spend money on maintenance. No A/C so summer would be unbearable. Plug sockets falling off the wall.
