Breakfast selection was OK but it did not open until 9am which is too late. Standard coffee in the room is normal but there was NO creamer and many people like myself want a good cup of coffee as the first of the day.
The young staff were wonderful - polite, helpful, caring as was the Owner lady - Mari. Definitely oriented towards giving the longer staying guests, like our group of 8 family members, a friendly and enjoyable experience. Very helpful and pleasant.
Not a problem for us but anyone with a child would not know that the swimming pool is approx. 1.5 metres deep all over.
No indication is shown on hotel facilities.
I did think that we paid enough for the rooms we had, particularly given that it was end of season. Had I not paid a extra 200 euros for the little sitting area (junior suite) I would have had no comfort in the room, except bed or where to sit at a small table/desk which I feel is important in every hotel bedroom worldwide.

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view. The sea is just a short walk away. We also appreciated being able to easily charge our electric car in the parking area using our own charging cable. Everything was perfect :) highly recommended!

The hotel is new and our room was clean with a small balcony equipped with clothes rack. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful
I chose the hotel due to “Excellent Location” as per the previous reviews. However, there are only a couple of small cafes within a walkable distance and the Botanical Garden. Due to traffic congestion, the taxi ride to the centre of Batumi took up to 1 hour.
The staff in the restaurant only speak Georgian and whilst they are very nice and trying hard, they need to use the mobile to translate everything.
The room is small, no space to put the bags
