Nice modern hotel on the beach. Friendly and very helpful staff, breakfast was very tasty. The room had cute little balcony to chill and watch the sea and sunset, the view from the room is very nice, you can see Batumi skyline.
I don’t think the TV in the room ever works, it just hangs there for the furniture because I asked a couple of times to fix it and it we kept hearing “tomorrow”. It’s not a big a deal when on holiday but it was in the middle of the World Cup… Only black coffee at the restaurant, no cappuccinos or lattes. It is a bit far from the centre, and there is nothing really in the area, you have to take an Uber but the room here costs almost the same as in a hotel in the centre of Batumi… No elevator

The view was beautiful, and the hotel was very close to the sea and the Botanical Garden. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they took care of our room every day.
The only downside was that the hotel was a little far from Batumi city center, but this depends on personal preference. The city center was still easily accessible by taxi or bus. There was some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us too much.

What stood out the most during our stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the owner was especially kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a comfortable experience. It was clear that he takes pride in his hotel. The breakfast was good with a fair selection, and the view added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
There are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the rooms and facilities, particularly the pool area, would benefit from better maintenance and more consistent daily cleaning. Addressing these details would significantly enhance the guest experience.
