We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
When we first checked into our room, the air conditioner wasn't working properly, so the room felt warm and humid. The staff kindly offered us two fans, but I asked if it would be possible to change rooms instead. They accommodated our request, and the new room was much more comfortable, with the air conditioning working perfectly.
The only real disappointment was the breakfast. There was very little choice, and the selection was quite limited. I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast, as there are much better options at nearby cafés.

The hotel is located on a quiet and peaceful street in the old part of Batumi. There is no noise and no disturbance at night. The room was immaculately clean and had all the conditions for a comfortable stay. Everything was provided, from disposable hygiene products to bathrobes and the best Georgian wine. The hotel's inner courtyard and rooftop terrace, from which an amazing 360-degree view of the city opens, are especially worth mentioning. I would like to thank the hotel's reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was delicious and wide variety of foods. Full recommendation for both a weekend getaway and a family vacation.

It was a clean property in an excellent location, all major attractions within a 10 minute walking distance.
Accessories in the bathroom were sorely lacking such as a tooth brush holder, but the most damning part was that hot water was never available, you have to call the front desk every time you wanted to have a hot shower.
