Excelentes apartamentos, modernos, cómodos, muy bien equipados, céntricos, top calidad-precio

Los apartamentos son muy modernos, grandes, muy bien equipados y con calidad (uno tenía incluso una nevera de esas "gigantes" de dos puertas), duchas, camas, televisor de gran tamaño, cápsulas de café. La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro de Arrecife (la única pega es la dificultad para aparcar, al ser muchas de las calles próximas zona peatonal. El parking que está muy próximo abría de 08:00-24:00 y el domingo de 17:00 a 24:00). El personal del hostal San Ginés, donde se entregan las llaves (a 5 minutos andando ¡y 8 minutos en coche! de la ubicación de los apartamentos) fue muy amable (tuvieron el detalle de darnos ya a las 12:00 el acceso a uno de los apartamentos, aunque la hora oficial de entrada eran las 16:00, al encontrarme yo enfermo y necesitar acostarme). Una pena que solo estuvimos una noche, ya que lo cogimos para pasar la última noche por la proximidad al aeropuerto (10-15 minutos en coche, según donde hayas aparcado).

Muy agradable

Me gustó mucho que el apartamento estuviera tan limpio y que contara con ventiladores, cafetera con cápsulas disponibles y balcón. Está muy bien situado y las camas son muy cómodas. Es amplio y moderno. La relación calidad precio es estupenda.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que hacer el check-in a las cuatro de la tarde y dejar la habitación a las once. No pudimos pasar ni 24 horas en el alojamiento. Creo que deberían adelantar la entrada por lo menos dos o tres horas. De resto todo bien.

Átlagosan jó, élvezhető, nem full-komfort, de tiszta, és szerethető szállás.

Jó helyen volt a szállás. Könnyű volt feljutni a 2.emeletre. Modern lift. Ügyeltek a tisztaságra. Semmi luxus. A szendwitch-sütő, pontosabban franciapiritós-sütő nagyon szépen tette a dolgát otthonra is veszünk egy ilyen típust. Kényelmes volt a konyhával egylégterű nappaliban a kanapé, a TV, a mikró. Jó volt, hogy a kis melegvíztárolóban elég erős a fűtőszál. Bár nem zuhanyoztunk hosszú ideig, de mindhármunknak elég volt mindig a melegvíz. A wifi elég erős volt, a TV-t Netflix nézésre remekül tudtuk használni alkalmanként (saját jelszóval). A szállás közelében van minden féle bolt. A kínaitól a Hyper-Dino élelmiszerboltig.

Egyszerű, semmi luxus. Bár ezt nem is igérték. A falakon nem volt egy képsem, vagy valamilyen barátságos, otthonos dísz sem. A felszereltség a leírtak szerinti, de a tűzhely sütője sajnos nem volt bekötve. Nem tudtunk benne például pizzát sütni. Nekünk a duplaágy kényelmetlen volt. Nem csak puha volt a matrac, de túl süppedős. 15 cm.-re besűlyedtünk alváskor. Sajnos a beépített bútorok átlagosan gyenge minőségűek voltak. Minden szekrényajtó meg volt ereszkedve vagy ki volt szakadva a kivető-pánt vagy kezünkben maradt a fiókajtó eleje. A törölközőszárító, fogas, vagy egyszerű ekesztók hiánya miatt biztos mindenki ezeken szárít. Talán ez okozza a bútorajtók lógását. Kár, hogy nem csináltunk ezekről fotót az első nap. Megtanúltunk ezekkel együtt élni.

Très bien situé, parfait pour des jeunes.

Extrêmement bien situé en plein centre ville, à côté des bars et restaurants du port. Confort de la literie, appartement spacieux et moderne.

Immeuble sonore en lui-même et rues un peu bruyantes la nuit. Chaînes de TV en Espagnol uniquement. Équipement minimaliste (absence de grille-pain, essuie-tout, sel, poivre, huile, sucre. Juste 2 fourchettes et 3 petites cuillères...). Manque un rideau occultant sur la porte d'entrée vitrée.

Very pleasant

Modern, clean, central. Weekly change of linen and cleaning, good communication. Pedestrianised main shopping street, local supermarket.

Not their fault, but the noise from building works at times was horrendous with road drills breaking down walls of an adjoining building. For 28 days, I think there must have been about or 10 when they didn't work. Luckily they confined the noise to relatively late in the morning to early afternoon. As I said, nothing to do with the block in question, just bad luck! I might add that by now it should all be finished. Reception were delightful and helpful, ordering a taxi to the airport and getting the WiFi working (it had tripped out).

Gute Lage, zweckmäßige/moderne Einrichtung und schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist neu. Die Betten bequem. Schönes Bad.

Die neuen Möbel sind nicht von bester Qualität und sind teilweise instabil.

Lo que me gustó más es la limpieza

Los geles de baño al estar colgados en la pared esraban muy duros para echarte y bueno al estar en pleno centro se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle,tampoco hay aparcamiento gratuito en la zona.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación

La ubicación

Sin perchas, sin nada para colgar toallas de manos ni colocar el papel higienico, sin luz de noche en la habitación, almohadas incomodísimas (después de casi enfadarnos nos pusieron unas más bajas), la presión del agua de la ducha muy baja, las cortinas casi no se podían abrir, hace 3 días fueron a limpiar sin avisar, se llevaron nuestra ropa interior de dormir entre las sábanas, lo reclamamos y estamos esperando a que nos llamen para ver qué ha pasado... lo damos por perdido, eso sí, te mandan un mensaje pidiéndote que no pongas comentarios negativos, que lo hables con ellos directamente... pero seguimos esperando... Hemos estado 8 días allí, creo q han tenido tiempo

Récupérer les clés dans un autre lieu. Difficulté de stationnement et manque dans l'appartement de quelques produits communs : huile vinaigre sel poivre... Alors qu'il y a une cuisine

excellent and thats why I will be coming back

Everything was really nice and we enjoyed our stay, loved how comfy the beds were and how the apartment had everything we needed. For future reference id really recommend if you would leave a note saying where the washing machine is as its fairly hard to find if youre only new to the place. I am looking forward to booking another stay. Thank You

Estupendo

Apartamento con instalaciones completamente nuevas, muy limpio y súper equipado con hasta dos lavadoras y una secadora en la última planta. Además tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café y nesquik para cada día que pasábamos allí.

Al estar en una zona céntrica comercial, a eso de las 6 de la mañana se empezaba a escuchar mucho ruido de la calle, pero es algo que debes de asumir si quieres estar en el centro, no es culpa del alojamiento.

Modern and clean

Booked it 2 hours before check in because we missed our ferry boat, the last one. We had to pick up the keys somewhere else. It was very smooth. It’s like a 24 reception. The apartment was clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Tea and some beverages were prepared for us.

No AC. And the street can be noise. But this could be a perfect stay for 1-3 days.

Weekend Trip

Nice, clean apartment. In a great location with a lovely balcony. It was perfect for our stay.

There was a dripping noise coming from behind the wall, possibly the neighbours apartment but it was noticeable.

it was amazing.

It was very big, more space than expected. Staff were very helpful and helped us with taxis ect. Kitchen has a lot of utensils. I would deffo come again if I booked to go Lanzarote !

everything’s fine, nothing to complain about, other than on our last day other residents threw food up the stairs and it left a horrible smell however this isn’t the apartment staffs fault.

Perfect location in the nice Arrecife

Very nice location in the center of Arrecife and at 5 min walk from Charco von san Gines. Located in the commercial street but very quiet. A supermarket is near the apartment. Fully furnished kitchen.

Good central position and good value for money

We have enjoyed the central position.Plenty of shops and bars on the street, which makes it awesome for us. The free big parking was just a couple of streets away, about 5 min to walk. Good value for money. The apartment has Netflix available, that was also a plus for our stay.

The kitchen was not well-equipped, we were missing plates for the oven. The apartment is quite dark, due to its position close to another building.

Excellent apartment. Central, clean, comfortable.

High up on 4th floor, quiet with balcony views along pedestrian shopping street one way and the sea front the other way. All modern appliances. Large TV with U- Tube. Very clean. Very comfy bed . 20 mins walk to airport bus stop. Lots of shops, restaurants and museums nearby.

The apartment was nice and spacious, central location in Arrecife.

I would expect when you accommodate 4 people that in the kitchen there will be 4 cups for tea and not just 3. Also 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 3 days is not enough.

Very good

A clean apartment, big, modern, well equipped, has huge TV and well functioning shower. Also, there is an excellent coffee place nearby “ANTIPØDA Specialty COFFEE”.

Double bed is not wide enough for two people to be comfortable in it (140-160 cm). Apartment lacks natural light, but that was clear from the pictures and wasn’t a big problem for us.
