The best thing is the pool and restaurant + the beach bar. Awesome vibe and awesome food - actually, the best food we had in Nei Pori. The staff is also exceptionally nice.
The rooms are very basic and the furniture is pretty outdated and worn.

Clean, cleaners come every day, fresh towels, etc. Bathroom is also very clean, hot water always. Great airconditioning unit, great terrace, small fridge.
Small room, not that comfortable matress, not bad but not great, trash closet, all broken inside. Location is ok but everything is at least 700-800m away (bakery, market, playground) but thats ok, as it is quiet and there is almost always parking spaces.

The apartments are in a beautiful location, the rooms are tidy and cleaned regularly, and the staff is very polite. A parking space is also provided.
I do not like the way the offer is presented on Booking, I believe it misleads people and it is not right. The bar and pool that are in the photos and in the description of the offer—and because of which I booked this accommodation instead of another one in Nei Pori—are not part of it. As guests of the accommodation, you have no privileges compared to someone who comes off the street, and on weekends when it is crowded, it can happen that you end up in the last row of sunbeds on the beach or completely without a spot, because spots are reserved in advance. Due to this unclear rules regarding the schedule and restrictions on where you can and cannot go and when, I no longer had the desire to stay there.
Additionally, the power outlets in apartments are in strange places and not next to the bed, which is not very convenient.
