It was clean, i have a perfect location and the beach was very good and very clean, have great places for children my kids enjoy it very much.
Room was a bit small, and food was mostly tastless. Brekfast was, tbh, very bad, lunch and dinner was good in choices but tastless. Complete building was a bit old i think and some carpets need to be changed.

Perfect hotel for family
During check-in, I think you should give guests some information about everything you offer — all-inclusive bars, available drinks, restaurants, kids’ playground, and other facilities. Everything was perfect, but I think every guest should receive a brochure or “starter pack” at check-in with all the important information.

The location and the people at the bar / waitress.
I don’t know where to start… our vacation was a complete disappointment, for the money we paid we got mostly nerves:
1. People cleaning the rooms were cleaning and shouting and making noise 15:00-16:30 h, they were constantly waking the kids up and us when we wanted to take an afternoon nap. One time I told them this is unacceptable so they stoped for one day and two days later - the same.
2. Dont get me started with the pools - the children pools (the one with the slides) - you do a slide and you fall on your bottom - there is like 5 cm of water under the slide and it’s impossible to leave your toddler do it because it’s painful. One of the pools that was suitable for smaller toddlers was closed 5 of the 7 days we were there because it wasn’t cleaned (we speak for the peak of the summer - 08-16 August).
3. The food - most of it was frozen (like the chicken nuggets from the children menu), the last day we understood that some days they make barbecue outside the restaurant (with pork and chicken skewers only). For a 5 stars hotel the food was for 3 stars at most.
4. So big hotel and you get one elevator (and one other in the outside)?! That was a big shock for us, in the period 15:00 or 20:00 we were waiting 5 mins for the elevator.
5. Staff - you are walking towards them and you have to avoid them - they are not moving so you can pass, you have to move so they can pass. Really makes you feel “special”.
6. The all-inclusive menu at the pool - we were in others all inclusive 5-stars and by the pool you can get fries or a burger or a hotdog or at least something hot to eat. Here - freezing ham and cheese sandwich and ham cheese “tortilla”. When I asked if they can warm them up - they cannot. Alcohol (at least a beer) by the pool - a big no.
In general don’t lose your vacation days in this “so-called” 5-stars all inclusive!
I give a 6 stars out of 10 and I’m being generous!
