The room is ok, but the shower in my room is bad. It is absolutely not with the level of a hotel by Marriott Bonvoy. Hot water did not work, I told them and they did not fix it.

A low profile hotel a few streets from downtown Miami Beach. Close to the beach (a couple of blocks), in front of a park and at a short distance from the Botanical Gardens and the Convention Center. Staff is friendly and Leo, an Argentine guy at the front desk, is especially helpful when needed.
No breakfast available but tea, coffee, etc are at hand.

Extremely spacious room, amazing location and friendly staff. Great value for money, only reason that it’s not a 10 is that cleaners don’t clean the room and the walls are quite thin so we were often woken up by our neighbours.

Good location….close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
The walls are paper thin. I could literally hear the people in the next rooms entire conversation and they were speaking at a normal level. You could hear everything. I wouldn’t stay there again just for that one specific reason.
