We stayed for Bayreuth festival. The access from the apartment to the festival hall was actually not convenient, because

The apartment is very well located for the sightseeing. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Many restaurante and shops nearby. The living-room is spacious enough for 3-4 people.

Right next to the apartment is a big street, noisy during the day. The apartment is in fact located on the 3rd floor(no lift), because the entrance to the building is at basement level. There is no washing machine, nor microwave oven.

Best location to discover Bayreuth

Best city location in the middle of old town. Very nice and big room with big dining table and living room. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Public parking just across the street. It's a perfect spot to discover Bayreuth and events there.

Comfortable beds, perfect city location

Perfect location in the city center, big and clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. This size of apartment is more than pleasant for 2 or 3 people. Also convenient is the parking garage across the street at rotmain center. Will come again!

Zentrale Lage am Rande der Innenstadt Ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen bequeme Matratzen

Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Nachclub, von dem jeden Freitag und Samstag von 23-5 Uhr laute Musik zu hören sind. Dazu stand leider nichts in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft. Außerdem dauerte es sehr lange bis die Wohnung warm wurde. Am ersten Tag/Abend hatten wir leider nur 17-18 Grad, was recht ungemütlich war. Die tief hängenden Lampen waren selbst für kleine Menschen sehr lästig, da man ständig dagegen gelaufen ist.
