Good value for money. We stayed in the cottage, which is perfect for families who want to be together. Location is good for those who want to peace yet have quick access to the hustle bustle of mall road. Good room service food.Nice smilng staff, lovely property overall.
Few things need fix/upgrade - The hot water wasn't working well in bathroom. Room safe was not functional and there was no mini fridge in room.
Breakfast was decent but limited options.

The location is very good with easy access to the center of town. The front desk and staff are very helpful and they really made our stay pleasant. The property has good rooms with modern fittings and furnishings and plenty of green area as well as open spaces that are very convenient at a hill station such as Mussourie in any season. A fairly decent variety of food is available and the preparations are nice.
The cleanliness needs a lot to desire. The furnishings needed deep cleaning as dirty marks were seen on the sofa. The floor mop used by the housekeeping was black and so dirty that it would make the floor dirtier rather than cleaner. At the end of the cleaning, the room did not seem any fresher.
