Pleasant

Property was good. Location also good.. just 5 minutes walk from mall road.

Internet was not working. It felt awkward when you booked this pricey property at around 12k per night they tell you snooker table will be charged extra. Kind of funny actually..

A good stay but an expensive affair.

The property is at prime location little away from the crowded areas so could enjoy the natural beauty of the place. The hotel is an old property of YWCA and very well maintained, cleanliness was spot on. He room was nice and clean. Staff were courteous and at service at the blink of a call. Sitting outside in the garden and having breakfast and tea or even reading a book was the best experience on the property.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which made it little uncomfortable. Though there was a big window provided but could not open it as it opened on the garden side. Steam built up after bath or the smell after using wc took time to go off. Also there was a big gap between the door through which one could peep in the bathroom. I had a small kid so was always conscious whenever We used the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean though. Yet only this part was a downer. Also there are no other indoor amenities to spend the day, esp for kids apart from some swing and all. A pool table and table tennis was provided but was paid. Food was excellent but very expensive.

Like the staff, location, cleanliness, room, view.

Food is extremely overpriced. No matter how premium the place is, it is still not a 5 star property. So charging Rs 300 for a plate of steamed rice which serves exactly one hungry adult is not justified.

Peaceful property

The facilities , the staff , the rooms and the view are very good.Peaceful and quite .Food is good .

The only drawback is the location , property driver required to drive uphill to the property , once you reach the property , very difficult to move around .Food has to be taken in the property and is expensive.

Bad experience. Bad road access. Bad room.

The room booked was not upto the mark. It is literally a pigeon hole , without even a window. Its in the furthest corner of the hotel, under a staircase. The access to hotel is treacherous. Very risky for car. Had to call hotel driver to drive the car up. Couldnt take out the car for 3 days.

Experience worth it for one night - more than that, it is too expensive

The charm of the place is the space. An old YWCA building has been converted into the hotel. The building is over 100 yrs old. The garden facing room on the ground floor that we had was huge and beautiful. The outside, shared spaces are also lovely. It is down one of the offshoots from Mall Road and very very accessible on foot.

The breakfast is quite average. The spread could have been a lot more, the food a lot fresher. Considering that, a stay there is a little pricey.

This is the most beautiful and aesthetically appealing property we’ve came across! every corner is cosy and serene. the location is perfect. Even after being so close to mall road this property was very peaceful. only sound you could hear was from birds and wind going through trees. food was great and staff was very helpful 🤗 everything was perfect! thank you for the most amazing two days!

warm. cosy. feels like a home in the hills.

i loved the property. natural scenic view, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but at the same time just a short walk away from the town center. staff were very friendly and accommodating. breakfast was good.

the walkway to the town is up a steep hill. not a bad thing. good cardio especially in the morning. but might be a bit difficult for some guests.

A hidden gem right in the middle of the famous Mussoorie Mall Road

The hotel is well kept considering its a YWCA hostel and is more than 100 years old. The staff is highly professional. The rooms are nice and cosy and with a view of garden or valley and thats an additional treat to the eyes. The hotel is located 5 minutes uphill walk to the mall road and its and excellent thing for those who want to enjoy mall road thoroughly.

The food was average and costed almost double when compared to other hotels with similar ranks. The food service was also not up to the mark. Rest everything was good. This hotel is a 10k plus per room per day property so its important that the F & B team gives a delightful experience to the pateons.

Breakfast not up to the mark. There can be more inclusions of continental as well as in fruits and juices too.

The services we need at night time. Like water was not there. we called thrice but no one came nor send the water. We were without water whole night. Dirty plates were there in the room only. They didn't picked the call. no cups for the coffee.

A definite must-stay in Mussoorie, a little off the track, but ever so beautiful.

The sprawling property is a treat to sore eyes. So much of lush greenery, trees all around, monkeys and squirrels and birds playing in front of the rooms... my stay was even better than i had hoped for.

The placement of the outlet pipe in the washroom could have been better.
