The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the location on the seafront was excellent.
Parking wasn't available free of charge and i feel the listing was misleading on this. Also the hot tub access was via another property so we didn't bother using it. The door to the property worked although the handle seemed to have been damaged.

Location was good.
Booked on understanding the property was on 1st floor but it was on 2nd floor with no lift and it was a spiral staircase. My sister has some mobility issues and found the second spiral rather difficult. I would not have booked if I had known. No instruction about where to deposit waste or what to do with the key when leaving the apartment. Not told that the designated car park was a distance away and very difficult to inload and load luggage because of street parking restrictions.

It wasn’t the property we booked. I was phoned on the day to say that the two-bedroomed property I had booked wasn’t available, so we were in a one-bedroomed apartment and the sofa had been turned into a bed.
It was a lovely apartment though.

The ambience of the apartment was awesome. It was spacious, clean and just right for our party of 4 professional ladies attending a conference at Aberystwyth University. The manager (Shailay) was awesome and also let us do an early check in at no cost, which was highly appreciated.
On arrival at the train station, we had to pick up the key from The Four Seasons Hotel which was pretty inconvenient after a long train journey. On arriving at the hotel, we were told that we couldn't stay at the apartment we booked as a previous occupant requested to stay at same apartment for an extra night. The manager put us in a different apartment and explained that we would be given our originally booked apartment the next day.
We graciously took the alternative apartment for one night (even though it was not an ideal situation having to move from one apartment to another in view of our busy schedules) and found out later that night that the shower was not functional. The water pressure was low and produced either very cold water, or scalding hot water with no way to regulate the temperature of the shower. We brought this to the attention of the manager also.
We were moved to the originally booked apartment the next day and enjoyed the sea view thoroughly. However, there were no extra towels and no provisions were made for bath mats to prevent water pooling on the floor upon stepping out of the shower.
Whilst appreciating the ambience of the apartment, climbing up a very steep set of stairs for both apartments we stayed is not ideal for someone with pre-existing medical conditions or someone with heavy luggage. Where the situation permits, it may be useful to consider either having a lift or a concierge to assist with ferrying heavy items or luggage for occupiers.
