Great Location & cosy. Special thank you to the lady on the reception around 10am on the morning of Friday 30th October. We asked would the hotel have any umbrellas we could borrow for the day. Unfortunately none were available, but this lady offered us her own umbrella to use. A nice gesture.

Super central location for exploring Tirana. Very comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. Super breakfast. Highly recommended.

Generally nice and polite reception, very friendly ladies and helpful
Rooms are older that in pictures, a lot of broken stuff. People smoking in restaurant downstairs - all the hotel smells, breakfast wasnt good and restaurant staff was rude. Hotel is located on extremly loud and busy street, the room didnt have a black out curtain even or a blanket
