Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen (besten Dank an die Empfangsdame) und fand ein sehr schönes - großes und sauberes Zimmer vor! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Skanderbeg-Platz entfernt ... Für einen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft perfekt! Ein bissel tricky ist aber den schmalen Eingang zu finden ...
Leider war eine von drei Rolladen während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes (drei Nächte) defekt ...

È un elegante hotel in un’ottima posizione nel centro di Tirana. Sin da subito siamo stati accolti caldamente, il parcheggio era incluso nel prezzo e molto comodo, situato dall’altra parte della strada. La stanza era pulita, completa di tutto e sistemata giornalmente dalle signore delle pulizie. La colazione, a buffet continentale, era ottima e con ampia scelta. Eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo! Consigliassimo👍🏻

the location is nice, it is very close to the main square.
1. We were asked to pay 3.5 euros per person per night extra for city tax on top of the 3% city tax which was listed in booking. Hotel quote " it is requested by the govement". But why not warn this or directly add this on booking.com. It is not a large amount, but looks very fishy.
2. AC does not work well. at night it was too cold, room temperture was 18, and we could not turn off the ac, plus there is no blanket, just a bed sheet to cover yourself. To make it worse, in the afternoon of the second day, when we need the ac, the ac can not be turned back on. it seems like, sometime it works, sometimes, it does not. We aksed the receptionist to help, i think she tried her best, thanks for that. but it is what it is.
