Great location close to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. The property was very clean had everything you need to hand. The host Alejandro was very helpful always answered any queries quickly. We loved the apartment. Would return again without a doubt. 👌😃

Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia del porto di Los Cristianos, a 10 minuti a piedi da Playa Las Vistas (bella spiaggia attrezzata e ben servita) e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro della movida e dello shopping. Nelle immediate vicinanze tre supermercati e un delizioso fruttivendolo che vende ottima frutta tropicale delle Canarie. Non mancano caffè e ristoranti, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Abbastanza facile parcheggiare la macchina nei parcheggi liberi a pochi isolati dall'appartamento.
L'appartamento di recente ristrutturazione è ben arredato e provvisto di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, doccia calda, lavatrice e stendibiancheria, blalconcino con vista sulla strada centro della vita locale, cucina ben attrezzata con bollitore, macchina per caffè a capsule, ampio frigorifero, piatti e bicchieri per sei persone.
Ideale per due coppie o coppia con figli (due stanza matrimoniali e un posto letto sul divano letto in soggiorno). Un bagno. Tavolo da pranzo per 4/5 persone comode.
Ma una lode particolare va allo staff: presente e sempre disponibile, ma con discrezione; gentile e in continua comunicazione per rispondere a tutte le domande e per dare consigli su come godere al meglio del soggiorno; veloce e professionale nel risolvere problemi, se serve. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con l'aria condizionata: Alejandro si è immediatamente attivato per risolvere il problema e ha anche voluto "risarcirci" per il disagio (dal nostro punto di vista assolutamente non grave) facendoci una gentilezza. Inoltre ha anche subito fatto seguito a un primo feedback che ho avuto modo di dargli quando ci siamo incontrati e ha provveduto a mettere qualche gancio in più per gli asciugamani in bagno. Top!
Direi che posso assolutamente consigliare questo alloggio!
niente, direi... volendo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, ci vorrebbero dei comodini seri nella camera matrimoniale grande.

Very good location of the apartment only a short walk to the beach and plenty of grocery stores within 2 min walk from the apartment. Very very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, the communication with Alejandro was very good. Excellent stay and felt very safe. Good spacious and comfortable bed and linen. Every room was very spacious. Good internet and food tv. Nice terrace. The building was quiet. We loved it and would definately come again!!
Our apartment didnt have a spatula for easy cooking and maybe the toiletseat could use a little love. But nothing otherwise i have no complaints.

The apartment itself was very good - clean, comfy beds and little extras i.e. tea bags, coffee pods, kitchen roll etc.
The location.
There is apparently choice of sea view or city view.
I did not realise this and booked city view by mistake.
The apartments are between two roads, a main road and a side street. The city view is on the main road and very noisy with delivery vans for the businesses from 7am, a taxi rank and generally a lot of traffic.
We did have air conditioning in the bedroom but the ac unit in the lounge did not work. Due to the noise, we had to close the balcony doors at night.
Also we had a lot of noise from the apartment above from 11pm to 1230pm.
Also strong smell of skunk smoking from neighbouring balcony.
