Friendly and helpful staff. Great location right across from the beach. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Clean and modern.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly cared about their guests. Easy self check-in. The room had a fridge, a nice bathroom and good water pressure, which is not always a given. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Despite the property being located right on the street, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Coffee and tea were available in the shared kitchenette. The property and the surrounding areas were clean.
Unfortunately, there was no breakfast available. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and was leaking water onto the floor, so we had to turn it off from time to time, which was quite inconvenient during the hot weather. The walls in the room could use a little refreshing, as there were some signs of dirt and moisture in places.
Parking nearby is paid if you stay for more than 30 minutes. If you are staying for a few days, you need to look for free parking somewhere else. The owner is also not very flexible when it comes to reservations. If you change your plans, even a month in advance, you may still be charged a cancellation fee. I recommend thinking your stay through carefully before making a reservation, or being prepared for potentially unnecessary additional costs.

The people were very nice but not always on property and it closeness to the airport
The people were very nice but not always on property and it closeness to the airportI didn't like that I had no air in the room at night because it was bright lights outside from the street and I had to close everything up. I also didn't care for the dining room because the tables were high and so were the chairs so there was nowhere to sit in the lounge as the chair in the room was just a stiff upright chair. The food we didn't eat because it wasn't of any quality
