The staff is very responsive very accommodating. The locations near the airport, it's good value for the price paid.
There was no one in the hotel, neither at arrival or departure. Breakfast was rummage through cupboards and refrigerator finding whatever you could.

Close to the FCO airport. Friendly lady welcomed us shortly after our arrival. Spacious room and ensuite. Clean sheets. Beds comfy. Pillows not so much. Nice to have a kitchen for self-service. The small courtyard/garden would be probably be lovely to sit out in when weather / time allows if you don't mind the planes overhead.
We stayed to try to get a really good nights sleep before travelling but there is noise when other guests come in or out, and the pillows are thin and flat. There is some mould on the ceilings and walls. The breakfast is basic cereal with milk / yogurts and carbohydrates in plastic packets (self service).
The airport shuttle advertised, at extra cost, is actually €25 each way. The argument given was that airport taxis would charge €35, but it seems hard to justify these costs when the hotel is literally next to the airport (beside the flight path, so bring ear plugs) and takes less than 15 minutes to the terminal entrance. Also the driver arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time and though he texted to say he'd be 10 minutes late (with only 10 minutes notice!) he didn't apologise and furthermore texted on his mobile twice in the journey whilst driving (illegal in Italy). Surely not the way to treat paying customers. I don't usually give negative reviews at all but having seen all the positive ones about this place, we felt a bit mislead as our experience did not tally.
