convenient location only 10 min drive from the airport. We ended up renting a car for cheaper than 2 one-way transfers and also drove to park outside ZTL in the city to enjoy the sights of Rome on our overnight layover. The hotel was easy to find, had free parking right out front andvthe staff was really nice and quick to respond online, too. Only suggestion is more powerpoints in the room for charging devices.

All was fine. Room was clean and everything functional. Only room was a bit cold when outside was -2c end of January.

Good choice if your have an early fly from Fiumicino and a rental car. Nice restaurants at walking distance.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Not a lot of amenities. Rooms are extremely small. Not a bad hotel for the price we paid.

We had a reservation for only one night and were flying home the next morning. Honestly, the only good part of this hotel was the proximity to the airport. When we arrived in the late evening, the property looked nice at first glance, but we quickly realized that was not actually the case upon arriving at our room, which was in the courtyard area. Upon opening the door we noticed a weird musty/moldy smell along with it being cold despite the AC being at 23 C. Next, we noticed a stronger moldy/musty faint sewage smell in the bathroom and found several areas of concern. Most evident issue was the lack of a proper shower floor which had different molds all over, and mold along the edges of the glass door. There was also a patch of mold on the ceiling.This brings me to the fact that the everything on the bed - comforter, blankets, sheets, pillows - were all damp somehow. If it wasn't so late, we would have requested another room. Honestly probably should have regardless as we suffered from allergies as a result of the mold. In addition, the bed was very squeaky, and the mini fridge was loud and made horrible noises. Lastly, when we booked there was supposed to be a breakfast buffet included, but that wasn't the case when we got there as they tried to have us pay for it - we declined. In addition, though I thought the airport shuttle was free, they wanted 10 euros per person for it - we took a taxi instead, and it cost us significantly less than this. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Lovely hotel

Description said 3 miles from FCO airport but it was not. Taxi ride was $25 from FCO! Layout and design of the room was like being in a garage. Fixtures were not affixed properly, leaking pipe in bathroom. Amenities basically nonexistent. For the price, it may have been ‘fair’ but the location was not what I was looking for. Relatively clean. Staff friendly, helpful. Shuttle TO the airport was timely and cost 8€/person.

We loved the welcoming scented air freshener. We were greeted immediately, no smile, but we were approached immediately. We loved that we were able to check in one hour before check in time. The room was large and clean. We did not like that we arranged transport from the hotel to the airport at 3am at the front desk. At the front desk we were informed that the cost would be 25 Euros for 4 persons. The person arrived on time however, when we got to the airport and proceeded to pay the 25 Euros we were informed by the driver that the cost was 40 Euros. That was not nice to say the least.

The hotel was very clean and nice, front desk employees very helpful and friendly. We were very happy with the overall stay. Airport taxi was 30 euros, not to bad price wise.

Dirty, excessive wear and tear, loud, uncomfortable beds, water damage in bathrooms. They charge per person for the airport transfer which was not disclosed previously.

Great room, the only thing that I would recommend is a couple of towel hooks/bars by the shower.

Nice clean property.

A funky kind of place with orange walls, art and large windows opening onto the street below. So convenient to the central train station which is across the street. Our room had a tub, bed was ok, and it’s ecologically aware. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed but the bartender sauted us delicious vegetables. We would definitely go back.

Nice property. The water pressure was very low in the morning. Take a shower the night before.

I did not anticipate that this hotel is so primitive though it's an old style. It is hardly called a "hotel." I would not have stayed there if I wasn't for an early flight.

Great restaurants in the area and conveniently close to FCO… the rooms are overwhelmingly perfumed with multiple plug in wicks of VERY strong perfumed… (I’ve been in tamer smelling taxi’s in Mumbai.) Staff were helpful..

We had travel issues and needed a cheap hotel near the airport. For 142 euros, our family Of 4 slept in one room (1 queen and two twins). There was tons of rom to hang and store clothes, a huge bathroom with good shower and its a small property 24 rooms) so everything is close. Owner is eager to please and very helpful.

The gentleman (daytime manager?) who checked us in was exceptional, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including choices for dinner. The location is safe and the shuttle service to the airport was right on time the next morning. Would/will easily stay here again!
