The breakfast was surprisingly hearty for an Italian breakfast with many options--cereal, yogurt, cured meat, sweetened bread, boiled egg, etc.
the only tiny criticism is that they would ask questions online (what is your arrival time? for example) but then ask two more times. It is run by a lovely Italian family--husband, wife and sone so it's possible that my online responses were not seen by which one asked the question again.

We needed a good value place for an overnight layover. This location was perfect. The room was exactly what we needed - clean, simple hassle free. The staff made an effort to accommodate our late arrival, prepare breakfast, provide a shuttle and were the friendliest people we encountered in all of Italy
Because the taxis are a rip off in Italy they should advertise this service more. Also I didn’t know breakfast was included. They told me. If these services were better advertised hopefully they can get more business

Very clean, cozy and well organised rooms, feels like home away from home. Lovely hosts and breakfast is fresh and tasty. Exceptional value for money.

Near the airport. Walking distance to restaurants.
The 15€ shuttle to and from the airport only operated about four hours a day, which didn't fit our schedule in either direction. Hired a taxi which cost 25€ each way.
