Basic and adequate. Clean linens and comfortable bed. Can check in early for €10.
Thin walls, can hear the other guests. Dirty tissues in the tissue box (maybe the last guest blotted their lipstick and then stuffed the tissues back in the box?)

The location was very convenient and the property itself was comfortable.
The stay felt very impersonal and completely self-service. There was no reception or staff available on site, and the instructions for accessing the property were not very clear, which made the arrival more confusing than necessary. We never saw any staff during our stay, there was no towel change or other service, and our experience with one member of staff over the phone was not particularly pleasant. Also, considering the property is located in Italy, it would have been helpful to receive the instructions in Italian as well.

Location , and their small bread pizza shop was excellent!
Sufficient , good hot shower and good bed, room is small but sufficient.
