Close to airport but too many things wrong with this room. AC and fridge didn't work. Warm and stuffy in there. The mattress was so broke down, i put a pillow in the hole so i didn't roll off the twin bed. Elevator only for luggage. Steven was awesome though.

We had a balcony or patio but, because of security, we could not use it. COOLING was not permitted as there is a restriction concerning time of year, according to mgr. The shuttle to the airport driver was exceptionally wonderful. Most appreciated!
The bottom line, the attendant who checked us in was very helpful.
All in all, I would give a six star overall, but because of the ac. and the locked balcony which because we couldn't open, caused no good air circulation to cool the room, although there was a very high slanting window which didn't help.
I would totally recommend this place.

Oue stay was beyond expectations! We only wanted a place to sleep for our 14hour lay-over in Rome, and we had a resort-style accomodation with less than 100 euros! My hubby and I can't believe it. Steven was amazing. His instructions were on point. By the morning, our shuttle was waiting for us infront of the hotel. We definitely recommend this to all!

The room was very hot and the air conditioning wouldn’t come on so went to desk and was told it against city rules to have air on at that particular date. It was very hot!!!! And their as says it’s air conditioned

I stayed for one night and hotel was very convenient location from airport (hardly 5 minutes drive). The staff was exceptional helpful. A big thumbs up to Alex for staying late at the hotel to hand me the room keys (because my flight got delayed) he was very helpful and nice person. Thank you Alex.

The property is perfect for an overnight stay - clean, hospitable BUT no coffee machine- however there is a cafe right around the corner and a great sushi restaurant nearby

We stayed only one night as we had to catch a flight early the next morning. Room is old, dirty. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Overall horrible stay.

Perfect place to spend the night for an early flight the next day. It made going to the airport suoer easy. Transfers were expensive so then it all adds up. But if its convenience your looking for then this is perfect. Mr Lugi collected me early in the morning. Everything was clean and tidy.

Staff was very helpful in arranging a room that was easy for my friend who uses a walker. Then on another trip I was solo and they also were very helpful. Always stay here when flying out of Fiumicino airport. Clean and convenient. Quiet and safe area.

Couldn’t get air conditioning to work. The shower head was dysfunctional too.
Room was actually very clean, however I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Lots of loud footsteps.
The area was very close to airport, however not visually appealing outside to me.
It worked for a one night stay for an early check out.

Was a great place to stay before our trip home the next morning. 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Walking distance to seaport town with great restaurants. The front desk staff was excellent!!

ER Home was good the staff was nice and friendly the room and property was very cleaned and there driver Luigi was excellent very informative and friendly the only negative was that we arrived early and I let them know but there was no one at the office had to wait over 1 hour and 1/2 other than that everything was great. Would stay again

Only goos in the pictures. Place is very bad in general. Hard to find, bad neighborhood. No towels, no soap. Tried to take a shower and there was a leaking that soaked the entire bedroom.

This is a great place to stay close to the airport. Management was very helpful with our late check in and providing a shuttle for us to the airport the following day.

We tuned out of gas on our way to the hotel on late hours , the only has/oil self service place took our 50 euros didn’t pump gas , check in at the hotel was till 11:00 PM , we were rushing to get there already dissatisfied for the robe , and nervous driving late hours on unknown place, I contact the owner Mr Gary and he did all into his capacities to accommodate us and guaranteed us that we will have a place were to sleep , he comfort us , by ensuring us that all is going to be ok , he left us a key in the box, he text me with instructions , his place was super clean , entrance was very modern, has wifi and only 5 minutes driving to the airport , Gary , you are an Angel , THANK YOU , you are an example of a totally customer service should be ,

Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, luckily, there was somebody at the desk that could contact our friends who had the key to our room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work in the room so we were a bit on the uncomfortable side, but the beds were comfortable.

We did like it, the only thing is the check in time. If you arrive after 10pm they tell you they close at that time. So make sure your arrival time to Rome/ this hotel is before 10pm.
