EH Suites is mostly excellent, except that the "Free Airport Shuttle" is NOT free. The driver insisted for us to pay 20 euro.

The men that greeted and checked us in were so friendly and helpful. Immediately took our bags, walked them and us to our room and recommended nice restaurants to eat at that were walkable. Very convenient and close to Fiumicino airport and arranged Mr. Luigi to shuttle us to airport early the next morning.

Office was on one side of the street and the rooms were on the other. Only had elevators for luggage to floors 2 and 3. Our luggage stopped between floors 1 and 2. Manager after failing to get our luggage to our 3rd floor room finally got our luggage out on ground floor and changed our room to first floor. Everything looked out of date and well worn. Heat pump only worked in one out of two rooms. Shower would not stay warm. Hotel manager scheduled shuttle to airport didn't show up and had to take Uber at last moment.

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had to take a taxi from the airport as they only offer a shuttle when you go to the airport. Also shuttle is not free. These things should be made clearer on the web site

Excellent location to Fiumicino airport. Clean and friendly. Safe location. Nice restaurant nearby. Always first choice when flying out of Fiumicino airport. Convenient shuttle service to the airport.

Close to airport and has nearby restaurants. Spacious room with private parking. Locked gates make you feel safer. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Only downside was we should have gotten a second room key since door auto locks and there’s a chance you can be locked out if you forget the key that’s slotted to power the room.

Very disappointing. Floors were not clean. Cobwebs under counter. We got the suite and there was no place to sit. Bed horribly uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

$240 CDN for a dumpy unit on the top floor, not elevator (just for baggage), in a dumpy part of town, crappy shower, doors that don't open fully, no services at all except transport to airport - 10 minute drive cost 20 EURO. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.

My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor in one of the older rooms. It was spacious-meant for a bigger family however the ceiling was slanted and we hit our heads a few times getting out of bed. It had a queen sized bed, sofa, and two twin beds with a little kitchenette. The beds were very stiff and the springs could be felt when laying on it. The bathroom was fairly small. The shower head could not be adjusted, it didn’t drain well and the doors didn’t close completely. We had to keep turning the shower off to keep it from overflowing while taking a shower.The sink in the bathroom had a leak only when you turned it on. One of the ceiling light shades was broken and couldn’t be closed completely.

The room was clean. The area around the hotel was dirty and very congested. We asked for a shuttle from the train station to the hotel but didn’t realize that we needed to make arrangements 24 hours in advance.
We wanted to use the shuttle to the airport- the description said that shuttle was provided- it wasn’t. I was told it would be $10 euro per person. A taxi was $7.40 euro and the “free” shuttle should have been $40 euro.
Not very convenient. No restaurant or bar at the hotel, no coffee in the room. We had to walk to the gas station for morning coffee. About 2 blocks.

Booked the hotel as Expedia and hotel allow at 10:54pm when landing in rome. Hotel messaged me what my ETA was and I told them maybe 20 mins. Got there at 11:15pm doors locked. There was a phone number to call and employee will be there within 20 minutes. No one answers. Called multiple times. In Rome (after flying from Philadelphia) with luggage a female alone at 11:15pm to then walk around to find another hotel. Still no refund from Expedia or hotel. HORRIBLE.

We booked this based on its proximity to the airport. Calling it a hotel is a stretch. Some basic rooms. Poor amenities. Coffee in the room? Multiple pillows? Tiny fridge? Microwave? None of the above. Facility was remodeled using the cheapest materials. The soap container was useless because1) it brokr off where it was gluedand 2) there was no soap to put in the container. Only tiny plastic packets (2). I needed both just to bathe. Less than a teaspoon per packet. We wont be returning

Hotel was nice. It looks like it has changed names recently (Google Euro Hotel Suites to find it). Rooms are in a series of small buildings. Buildings have good security and elevator access.
Airport transfer has to be arranged by the guest and costs €30-40. Local taxis are about a third the price if they are not on strike. Our transfer driver was 40 minutes late and we nearly missed our flight because of long lines at the airport.

very spacious rooms! large bathroom with everything needed for a short stay. We used this hotel to sleep before catching an early flight. The airport is 5 min away and includes a parking garage!!! it was a great stay with great staff!! I do not recommend it for long stays. You can hear every plane taking off.

reserved two beds. Had to go through three rooms only to end up with one bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. One very small lift for handicap. Difficulty to climb four flights to stairs to second floor with baggage.

Close to the airport, has parking and was quiet. Not very clean, fridge didn’t work, rooms not very attractive. Cheap towels

There were several problems with our room, including non-functional air conditioners, broken lights and a safe that did not work. They advertise that they have an airport shuttle but it costs 20 euros each way.

Really nice front desk and easy check in. They even called for a car for the next morning pick up to the airport.

We stayed only 1 night for airport transfer, and for that the location was very good, close to aiport. We took taxi when we came, but it was more expensive then the taxi the hotel offer.
Room was nice with 2 bedrooms. And nice suprise was many restaurants near the hotel.
Negative was the cleaning as one of the bed had sand inside the bed.

This hotel has very spacious rooms, very ample and clean. Just like the picture, excellent for the price. Personal at the office were super friendly and helpful.
This hotel is 6 minutes from FCO by car or 10 minutes by city bus which can be taken nearby for 1 euro.
