This hotel needs a refresh in the guest rooms. Bathroom especially and old carpets with torn curtains. Shabby.

Fantastic service from all the staff. Close to the airport and they also have shuttle busses for only 6EUR so that’s great. The beds were quit hard but for one night it’s ok. Great food in the restaurant!

For me I had a reasonable price near the airport. The room and bathroom was neatly cleaned. Just the wifi was very slow and sometimes did not work, so if you need wifi you should else where unless the hotel fixed it somehow. They really need to work on the wifi. Unless that I had a goo dtime.

I don't understand why in a major hotel like Mercure, having access to stable WIFI is a problem. I was unable to chat with family and friends while in this hotel. The WIFI was horrible. That's the only problem i had

The property is in decent condition. Great hotel for one night to be near the airport. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport picks up at Terminal 3. The cost is additional at €6 each way and this is billed to your room. The walk from Terminal one to terminal three is only three minutes. Very easy.

I really regret staying here, mildew on the shower, dirty restrooms, carpet smells like trash, all rooms smell like smoke even when you ask for non smoking room, retired people in charge of cleaning,
They think little spray will take away the smoke smell.
We had a really bad night with this room condition.

The room where I stayed was newly refurbished. For the shuttle, it is 6 euro each way and will be paid at the counter of the hotel. Ride times are fixed and are 40' to 1h apart.

A great option for those who need easy access to Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport. We stayed here three times, and each time the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient.

Cannot say more good things about this property and I am glad I cancelled my Hilton FCO instead stayed the second time with this hotel. Shuttle service from and to FCO - arrival - is great and worth the $6. Front Desk BORIS is to be mentioned for his outstanding help when I stayed there second visit. Overall stay, Excellent

The lobby, restaurant, and pool area were nicely maintained, and staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet, if you chose to pay, was a nice bonus to have available. The shuttle to the airport was also a nice amenity for $6 euros. The room conditions were poor. The carpets were dirty and there was mold on the shower curtains. Just shabby overall. Rooms need a refresh and update. But I suppose the rates would be more at that point. Good location near the airport.

Old dirty smelly hotel. Pool was closed for season. We were 3 couples. 1 room with no showers curtain. 1 with defective toilet. All had awful mouldy smell

Archaic rooms. Asked for an accessible room. Had to access two set of steps with luggage and wheel chair to access my room. Hotel should be avoided as the whole hotel needs to be redone.

Finding a clean and affordable place to stay near an airport can be really tough to find; however, Mercure checks both of those boxes. I liked how close the hotel was to the airport and the hotel does provide a shuttle that will take you to and from. This shuttle is not free, so that is something to keep in mind. The rooms were standard but I did find certain elements in the bathroom not fully cleaned, but it wasn't a big deal. I also paid for the breakfast to be included but it was not worth it. It's a continental style breakfast but I would have preferred getting something from outside instead. Overall a great location for convenience.

The front desk was polite but not systematic. We paid for transportation but they didn’t give the ticket to board on the taxi. We had to run back to get it. The room was unclean. There was a ball of hair in the wash room. The food we ordered to the room service was not appetizing. The water bottles in the fridge was helpful.
