Very clean. Good location. Close to Ostia Antica and other ruins as well as the restaurants on the water. I suspect most stay here for access to airport. We spent 2 nights. Lots to see here.

€30 Euro’s for the taxi from the airport. Friendly staff and nice big room.
The breakfast is very basic. If that improved I would have given a ten.

This property was so cute, we loved the location, it was clean, we had a little garden outdoor space to drink our morning cappuccino. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The people who run it are so nice and helpful. Our plane was early and they let us check in early and start exploring. Will absolutely stay here again.

The staff are excellent and very accommodating given our numerous delays at FCO airport. Accommodations were extremely comfortable though and extremely quiet. We stayed just one night but was excellent value!
