We loved everything about this property. We didn’t know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. Christina is a welcoming, friendly and gracious host. The room was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. I was able to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy on the patio and watch the sunset. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. It was a great way to end our amazing vacation. Christina also arranged a transfer to the airport for us early the next morning. We would definitely go back.
Everything was great.

Located very close to FCO, this family owned and operated business has a very popular restaurant and several sleeping rooms.
The bed was extremely comfortable, perhaps in the top five of all hotel beds we've ever slept in.
We ate dinner in the restaurant, and our meals were outstanding.
Airport ride arranged by the property was right on time at 445AM!
Being so close to the airport, it would be very helpful to have a more cost-effective method to get back and forth.

A last minute booking due to a flight cancellation - host personally picked me up from the airport and kept kitchen open for me to eat. After a very stressful day - this was a welcome and calming end to the day - would stay again !!
Nothing not to be unhappy about !!
