Federico was very helpful. We had a minor crisis and he went out of his way to be helpful, working through the language barrier with Google Translate.
The property was clean and fresh. It was better than we expected, based on the photos shown! Maybe a new photo shoot is required.
The property was close to the airport and located in a residential district so there were a range of restaurants, a supermarket and ATM all available within close walking distance.
They run a shuttle service, payable by cash. We normally use cards, so it just needed coordination. The shuttle was prompt and in good condition. They were great with my (very) early morning transfer. The communication is via WhatsApp, so we were a little cautious, fearing scams (WhatsApp + cash). However it was all OK and the price was better than Uber.

Comfortable room, clean quiet. Staff do their job but not friendly or welcoming.
Breakfast is a failure on all aspects: no freshness, bad bread quality and no variety of products.
You don't get the value of what you pay for.
