Communication with the hosts was spot on. They responded quickly to all questions and messages I had before we got there, which was great. Constantino was very kind upon our arrival and had cold water ready for us in the fridge. Very welcome, as we were exhausted, hot, and thirsty. The room was nicely decorated. The bed very comfortable. There was a cute little terrace to hang out on, although, with only one night there, we really didn’t use it. The bathroom was awesome. Super cute and modern, with a great shower. Breakfast was really nice. Yogurt, fresh fruit, sandwiches, pastries, and eggs. Really good coffee. Again, Constantino was very attentive, which we greatly appreciated
Fiumicino isn’t pretty. It just isn’t. Which means the neighborhood that the B&B is located in isn’t pretty either. But what do you expect for 5 minutes from the airport. Rundown and just…not pretty. And, unfortunately, the whole property had an unpleasant smell. Not sure what it was, but it was rough. And the room itself, especially the bathroom, smelled of urine. Maybe a problem with the plumbing? Everything looked very clean, so I have to assume it was the plumbing.

The location was perfect. Close to the airport and walking distance to downtown and nice local restaurants. Lots of great amenities. Toothbrush & toothpaste was awesome. Welcome cookies and water and on the morning we had to leave early to catch our flight and the owners had a bagged breakfast for us which was incredible!
If I have to pick something, the TV does not go very loud. I am guessing they have it locked to be respectful to the other guests. Which I understand.
