Comfortable room, very close to the airport. Everything was very clean and the breakfast and kitchen was good.
Bathroom was quite small and not very comfortable. I understand prices are according to the market, but it was quite expensive for a night.

Room was simple & basic but suited the objective of overnight stay next to Fiumicino airport, but was not cheap if you add the expense of too & from taxi. Coffee & packet cake for brekky. Owner made cook communication, although a scammer got details of the rental somehow.
Kitchen was shared facility but would like a bar fridge in the room. The airport shuttle was a third party who accidentally broke a wheel off my luggage.

The room was good and the attached bathroom was nice, unfortunately the air conditioning started to leak, getting water all over hubby's stuff, but not the fault of the owners... we quickly turned it off and wiped up.
The only issue was the noise from the other guests using the communal kitchen. But the over all stay was wonderful, easy to find, instructions to enter were super! And the owner was super responsive and helped us make dinner reservations at a fantastic restaurant close by she recommended.
The one thing that we were worried about was getting a taxi to the airport at 2 am... well no fear, the owner booked us a taxi and they showed up right on time!
We are really happy with our stay!

Bed was big and very comfy, and honestly it was the only thing we needed at 2 am on the way from the airport.
The shower situation was quite disappointing; the showerhead protruding from the wall above the toilet was not what I had expected. Additionally, we had pre-booked a taxi from the airport, but it did not arrive, which caused me a great deal of stress in the middle of the night. As a result, I had to take a more expensive taxi from the airport.
