Muy bien ubicado, enviaron un mail el día anterior indicando donde se encontraban las llaves del departamento, tiene recepción pero corresponde al edificio, el cual sólo toma nota del ingreso y lo coteja con sus registros. Tiene muy buena vista exterior, un gimnasio y pileta.

Sólo entregan un juego de llaves, por lo que si son varias personas que se alojan, deben coordinar para poder entrar y salir. El departamento que alquilé para 8 personas (2 familias) sólo tenia un baño, ya que se aprecia que la segunda habitación es un agregado que le quitó espacio al living-comedor, donde también está el sillón-cama que, abierto, le quita más espacio todavía. Por esta falta de espacio, a pesar de haber cocina, no tiene ninguna mesa de comedor (hay que usar la isla) y tampoco sillas suficientes para todos (sólo había 4 sillas altas) y platos y cubiertos también para 4. También tenía otros detalles, por ejemplo luces que no funcionaban. Es una lástima, ya que otorgando mayor confort sería un muy buen departamento.

Lack of cleaning on hallways

The door was supposed to be unlocked upon arrival but, with one quick call, we were remotely unlocked and able to gain access to the unit -- and then the key and key fob.

The pillows were horrible. The weird lattice at the top of the room that was awkwardly made to make it a 2BR just made it look so tacky. Ideally, it was a 1BR that they (hopefully legally) converted to a 2BR so they could charge more. If you're going to do that, at least do it properly -- and get better bedding.

The location and view from the balcony was fabulous. The rooftop swimming area was nice.

The hot tub wasn’t working. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable if you need to use it for sleeping.

The Balcony - that’s it. Maybe the location as well, but ocean view was limited and overstated in the property description.

Lobby was dirty. Garage was old and unsuitable for a full size truck. TV’s didn’t work. Smoke detector was disconnected. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets smelled like men’s cologne. Molding was missing. Paint was poorly done. Shower had a cheap curtain with no liner. Tile tile grout was dirty. Basically it was poorly furnished, unsanitary and needed major upgrades to justify the 8.8 rating on Booking.com. Finally the booking process surprised renters with a $190 cleaning fee, which was not presented in time to allow a fully informed consent. Photos are available if necessary.

the location was in a safe area The beds were comfortable & the is apartment clean, coffee & hot tea were provided for us to make. There is a 7-11 convenience store around the corner which was good to pick up a few items. the large balcony provides additional space for a larger group to spread out hosts were responsive & checking in & out was very easy!

a few light switches didn’t work it would have been nice to have a bit of laundry soap & dishwasher soap provided in the apartment There are no food options with in walking distance that we found, so we had pizza delivered.
